北沙参多糖对甲亢型阴虚小鼠的免疫调节作用

Immunomodulatory effects of Radix Glehniae polysaccharide on Yin Deficiency hyperthyroidism Mice

目的:研究北沙参粗多糖(GLP)的滋阴和免疫调节作用。方法:提取GLP制备甲亢型阴虚小鼠模型,观察对小鼠体质量变化、检测脾脏NK细胞杀伤活力、T淋巴细胞转化功能和小鼠血清抗绵羊红细胞抗体IgM、IgG的含量。结果:GLP可使甲亢型阴虚小鼠体质量明显增加(P<0.01,P<0.05),显著增强甲亢型阴虚小鼠脾脏NK细胞杀伤率(P<0.05)和T淋巴细胞转化功能(P<0.01,P<0.05),提高血清IgM和IgG含量。结论:GLP具有滋阴补虚作用,可增强非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能。

Objective：To investigate the effects of polysaccharide of Radix Glehniae（GLP） on nourishing Yin and immune regulatory.Methods：The Hyperthyroidism Yin-deficiency mice were prepared,and the effects of GLP on changes of weight,killing activity of NK cells,the T lymphocyte transformation function in spleens and the content of serum anti sheep red blood cell antibodies IgM,IgG in Yin deficiency mice were separately determined.Results：GLP could obviously increased the weights,and also significantly enhanced the killing activity of NK cells and the T lymphocyte transformation function,raised the quantity of serum antibody IgM and Ig G.Conclusion：GLP had the effect on nourishing Yin,and could enhancing nonspecific immunity and specific immunity function.
