舌色形成的机理探讨

Talking about Mechanism of Tongue Color

现行的中医诊断学教材对舌诊中有关舌色的讲述仅仅局限于从中医的角度,缺乏现代医学更有力的佐证。为更好地理解舌色,现将几部著名舌诊文献中有关舌色的外观、主证和成因部分进行摘录,并结合现代医学对舌色形成原因的认识,从中西医两个角度进行分析和归纳,从而总结出影响舌色的几个主要因素,以期更全面地理解舌色。

The current teaching material of diagnostics of TCM talking about the tongue color is limited to the point of TCM,being short of more powerful modern medical evidence.In order to fully understand the tongue color,some documents about the characteristic,the clinical significance and the mechanism analysis of the tongue color are extracted.Modern medicine about the causes of the tongue color is also given,to analyze and summarize the reasons from the point of traditional and western medicine.Finally,some major factors affecting the tongue color can be summarized to gain clearer comprehension of the tongue color.
