养阴清热中药对系统性红斑狼疮生存质量影响的评估

Effects of Nourishing Yin and Clearing Heat Methods on Survival Quality of SLE Patients

目的:全面客观评价养阴清热中药对SLE患者生活质量的影响。方法:SLE患者随机分成2组,治疗组:中药组方+免疫抑制剂(环磷酰胺+硫酸羟氯喹)。对照组:免疫抑制剂(环磷酰胺+硫酸羟氯喹)。1年后,比较2组患者治疗后的生活质量评分。结果:治疗组在躯体疼痛(BP)、心理健康(MH)、总体健康感(GH)、躯体功能(PF)、生命活力(VT)5个维度与总体评分上均优于对照组。结论:养阴清热中药能改善SLE患者生活质量。

Objective：To systematically evaluate effects of nourishing yin and clearing heat methods on survival quality of SLE patients.Methods： SLE patients were randomly divided into the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group with（hydroxychloroquine＋cyclophosphane）.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was also treated by the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat.After one year＇s treatment,we compared scores of Survival Quality with two groups.Results：The score of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of the western medicine group on the dimensions of BP、MH、GH、PF、VT and total scores.Conclusion：Method of nourishing yin and clearing heat can improve SLE survival quality.
