Acne is a common disease in adolescent boys and girls of the skin,external treatment of TCM has good therapeutic effect on it.Due to acne＇s particular pathogenic factors and part,in recent years external treatment of TCM acquired great deve lopment and positive therapeutic effect.This article will its summarizes acne＇s etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and research status of aspects summarizes the progress in recent years.
