摘要
以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O、Ce(NO3)3.6H3O、(NH4)2CO3.H2O和PEG400为原料,采用直接沉淀法制备ZnO/CeO2抗紫外剂复合粉体,用XRD测试了纳米颗粒的粒径,研究了n(Zn2+)/n(Ce4+)、PEG400的用量、煅烧温度的最佳工艺,结果表明n(Zn2+)/n(Ce4+)为1∶3、PEG400用量为3mL、煅烧温度为500℃时效果最佳。
Using Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、Ce(NO3)3·6H30、(NH4)2CO3·H2O, and PEG400 as raw materials, the ZnO/CeO2 UV resistant agent composite powders were prepared by direct precipitation method. The particle size was tested by means of XRD , the optimum values of the Zn2+/Ce4+ molar ratio, the amount of PEG400 and the calci- nation temperature were studied. The results show the best effect was obtained when the Zn2+/Ce4+ molar ratio is 1 : 3, the dosage of PEG400 is 3 mL, the optimum calcination temperature is 500℃.
