单宁/醋酸复合纳米纤维的制备及抗菌性研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用静电纺丝技术制备了质量分数为11%的醋酸纳米纤维以及单宁(TA)质量分数为1%、3%、5%的单宁/醋酸复合纳米纤维膜;采用扫描电镜和傅里叶红外光谱进行了形貌表征和成分分析,用改良的振荡烧瓶法测试了纳米膜的抗菌性能。结果表明:在试验范围内均能制得连续均匀、表面光滑的纳米级纤维;TA的添加对纤维形态有影响,随着添加量的增多,纤维直径和CV值都有所增加;复合纳米膜中存在TA成分,证实了二者能够进行复合,有良好的相容性;单宁/醋酸复合纤维膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有优良的抗菌效果,当TA含量仅为1%时,抑菌率就已达到85%以上,TA含量越大,抗菌效果也越显著。 Using eleetrospinning technology, deposit cellulose acetate(CA) nanofiber with mass fraction of 1 1 ~ and TA/CA composite nanofiber which mass fraction of TA is 1%, 3 %, 5 % separately. The morphology charac- teration and component analysis is tested by SEM and FT-IR, the antibacterial performance is tested by oscillation flask method. The result shows that the continuous and smooth nanofiber in this experiment can be prepared. Adding TA in- fluences the feature of namofiber, fiber diameter and the value of CV increase as the addition of TA is increasing. It al- so proves that composite namofiber contains TA and they can composite and has a good compatibility. TA-CA compo- site nanofiber has a good antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, antibacterial rate reaches to above 85% when the mass fraction of TA is only 1%, while the addition of TA increases, the effect is more nota- ble.
