摘要
以MoS2、玻璃纤维(GF)、纳米Al2O3等为填料制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,研究了MoS2粒径对PTFE复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:在PTFE/MoS2、PTFE/(MoS2+GF)及PTFE/(MoS2+nanometerAl2O3)等复合材料中,随着MoS2粒径的减小,复合材料的磨耗量、摩擦系数、密度降低而硬度增加。
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) composites were prepared with MoS2, glass fiber, nanometer Al2O3 as filler. The relationship between the properties of complex materials and the different particle size of MoS, were studied. The results show that: with the decrease of the particle size of MoS2, the wear mass ,density, grinding coef- ficient of the composite materials (PTFE/MoS2, PTFE/( MoS2 +glass fiber) and PTFE/(MoS2 + nanometer Al2O3) were reduced, the hardness was increased.
