摘要
钛粉作为钛粉末冶金的主要原料,其品质及生产成本限制了钛及钛合金粉末冶金的发展。综述了机械合金化法、氢化脱氢法(HDH)、雾化法、金属热还原法、熔盐电解法制备钛粉的基本原理和工艺现状。新兴的生产技术有望降低钛粉生产成本,从而推动钛及钛合金粉末冶金的发展,扩大其应用范围。
Titanium is the main raw materials of titanium powder metallurgy, its quality and production cost li- mits the large-scale development of titanium powder metallurgy. The basic principle of mechanical alloying, hydroge~ nation and dehydrogen process (HDH),atomization, metallothermic reduction, molten salt electrolysis preparing tita- nium powder are reviewed. With the developing of preparation of titanium powder, the cost of titanium powder will be reduced and the titanium powder metallurgy will be utilized in more different fields.
