一种新型航空导光面板基板材料的制备与性能研究

摘要 使用异弗尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)合成聚氨酯预聚体,再与环氧树脂E44反应,制备了含聚氨酯增韧软段的改性液体环氧树脂。以甲基六氢苯酐(MeHHPA)为固化剂,自制的二氮杂二环(DBU)对甲基苯磺酸盐为促进剂,固化成型,制备出一种无色透明的增韧环氧树脂板材。测试结果表明,与传统的航空导光面板基板材料有机玻璃(PMMA)相比,其光学性能相当,力学性能更加优越,而抗溶剂性、抗温度冲击性以及抗振动开裂性也大幅提高。 A kind of polyurethane (PU) prepolymer was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG). Together with epoxy resin FA4, the PU prepolymer was used to synthesis a modified epoxy resin which was solidified by methyl-hexahydro-benzoic-anhydride (MeHHPA) and self-made DBU p-toluenesulfonate. This modified resin is colorless and transparent. Compared with traditional plexiglass (PMMA), the modified resin has the same excellent optical performance and superior mechanical properties, and the properties of solvent-resistance, thermal shock-resistance and vibration cracking-resistance are all dramatically improved.
