摘要 采用硫酸盐酸性镀铜工艺对不锈钢烧结纤维毡进行双面镀铜实验。共选用4组参数对不锈钢烧结纤维毡进行电镀实验,研究了相同电流密度下,不同电镀时间对不锈钢纤维毡孔型和过滤性能的影响。结果表明,随着电镀时间的延长,电镀不锈钢纤维毡透气度和孔隙度下降,过滤精度和气泡点压力升高,铜离子优先在纤维间接点处沉积。所以,采用合理的电镀工艺提高不锈钢纤维毡的导电导热性能是可行的。 Electroplating of stainless fiber felts in sulfate acidic solution was researched, four groups of electro- plating parameters on stainless fiber felts was investigated. The influence of stainless steel fiber felt groove and filte- ring properties was studied in different electro-plating time and the same current density. The results show that with electroplating time increases, the air permeability and porosity of electroplating stainless steel fiber felt was fall down, the filtration precision and the bubble point pressure was increased. Copper ions deposited in fiber connection point preferentially, it is feasible to improve the stainless steel fiber felt conductive and thermal conductivity with reasonable copper-plating processes.
