摘要
C/C复合材料有多种优异性能,但是在高温含氧条件下易于氧化。为了能充分发挥其优良作用,必须进行抗氧化处理。目前国内外主要的抗氧化方法中,涂层法与纤维改性法和基体改性法相比,是目前最有效的抗氧化方法。分析比较了玻璃涂层、陶瓷涂层、金属涂层以及复合涂层4种抗氧化体系的研究现状,展望了发展抗氧化涂层的意义及前景。
C/C composite materials have a lot of excellent properties, but they are liable to be oxidated in ele- vated temperature containing oxygen. To make full use of their brilliant properties, anti-oxidation treatment is needed. Compared to fiber modification and matrix modification, coating method is the most effective one. Analytic comparison are provided among glass-coating, ceramic-coating, metallic-coating and composite coating. In addition, the meaning and prospect of developing anti-oxidation coating for C/C composite are proposed.
