摘要
目的 探讨肺癌中粘附分子CD44和癌基因cyclinD 1的表达意义。方法 应用S P免疫组织化学方法研究 6 2例肺癌组织中CD 44和cyclinD1的表达情况。 结果 6 2例肺癌组织中CD44和cyclinD 1的阳性率分别为 71.0 %和 5 0 .0 %。腺癌和鳞癌的CD44的阳性率明显高于小细胞癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移阳性组CD 44的表达显著高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 1,γ =0 .5 4)。不同组织类型肺癌中cyclinD 1的表达未见明显差异 ,淋巴结转移阳性组cyclinD 1的表达高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 1,γ =0 .6 1)。粘附分子CD 44和癌基因cyclinD1的表达之间未见明显相关。 结论 粘附分子CD44的表达与肺癌的组织学类型有关 ,CD 44和cyclinD1的高表达对肺癌细胞的淋巴结转移起重要作用。CD44和cyclinD 1的表达可作为判断肺癌淋巴结转移的新指标。
Objective To study the expressions of CD44 and cyclin D1 in human lung carcinoma.Methods By S-P immunohistochemical methods,the expressions of CD44 and cyclin D1 protein in 62 cases of human lung carcinoma was studied.Results The positive expressions of CD44 and cyclin D1 protein were 71.0% and 50.0% respectively.A significant correlation was found between CD44,cyclin D1 protein overexpression and lymph node metastasis( P <0.01).No significant correlation between the expressions of CD44 and cyclin D1 protein was found.Conclusion The overexpressions of CD44 and cyclin D1 protein play an important role in metastasis of lung carcinoma.
