女性排尿困难97例的尿动力学分析及其临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 为了解以排尿困难为主诉女性患者的尿动力学变化及其临床意义 ,采用国产S WⅢ型尿动力仪检查了 97例排尿困难女性患者的尿动力学。结果 :远端尿道缩窄者占 6 4 .9% ( 6 3/97) ,膀胱颈梗阻占 5 .2 % ( 5 /97) ,尿道息肉占3.1 % ( 3/97) ,尿道癌占 1 .0 % ( 1 /97) ,正常占 2 5 .8% ( 2 5 /97)。结果提示 :尿动力学检查能了解膀胱的功能状况和尿道梗阻的部位 ,具有十分重要的临床指导意义。 In order to find out the clinical significance of urodynamics on female with dysuria, S WⅢ type urodynamic appratus was used to analyse 97 cases patients. Distal urethrostenosis was 64.9%(63/97), bladder neck obstruction was 5.2%(5/97), uretheral polyp was 3.1%(3/97), urethral cancer was 1.0%(1/97) and normal was 25.8%(25/97). The result showed that urodynamics examination could find out bladder functional status and the site of urethera obstruction and had a great clinical significance.
