植物生长调节剂劲丰对大麦抗倒性与产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探明植物生长调节剂劲丰对大麦增产抗倒的功效,以大麦品种西引2号为材料,通过田间试验研究了劲丰对其节间形态、茎秆质量、抗倒性、根系活力、叶绿素含量和产量结构的影响。结果表明:在破口期应用劲丰,可显著缩短大麦穗下节间、第4节间和第5节间长度,使茎秆外径加粗、秆壁加厚,提高节间抗折力,降低弯曲力矩和倒伏指数,进而增强大麦植株抗倒力;同时,劲丰处理可显著提高大麦根系活力、叶绿素含量、千粒重和产量,且降低秕粒数,但对总粒数影响不明显。劲丰对大麦抗倒增产功效与使用浓度有关,其中以浓度3.75 mL.L-1为佳,可使倒伏指数下降12.02%,产量增产13.5%,达到增产与抗倒的双重效果。 In order to make clear of the effects of the plant growth regulator Jinfeng on the yield-increase and lodging resistance to barley,a field experiment by Xiyin 2 was conducted to elucidate the effects of Jinfeng on internode's morphology,culm quality parameters,lodging resistance,root activity,chlorophyll content and yield components. The results showed that Jinfeng used at the rupturing stage of barley significantly shortened the length of the panicle internode,the fourth and fifth internodes,improved internode's stem diameter,stem wall thickness and breaking-resistant strength,reduced interuode's bending moment and lodging index,then increased lodging resistance. Jinfeng also effectively improved root activity,chlorophyll content, 1000-grain weight and yield of barley,reduced blighted grains, but had not significant effect on grain number per panicle. The effects of Jinfeng on the yield increase and lodging resistance to barley were related to the application concentration. The best application concentration of Jingfeng was 3.75 mL·L^-1,which caused the lodging index decreased by 12.02% and a yield increase of 13.5%, achieved the dual effects of high yield and strong lodging-resistance.
