笼养成年蛋鸡十二指肠中乳酸菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Lactic Acid Bacteria in Duodenum of Laying Hens Fed in Cage

试验从笼养蛋鸡十二指肠内容物中分离乳酸菌,经过革兰氏染色、菌落形态观察和糖发酵生化鉴定乳酸菌种属。结果显示,分离出16株革兰氏阳性菌,经抑菌试验选出7株乳酸菌,分别鉴定为乳杆菌保加利亚种,耐盐乳杆菌,嗜淀粉乳杆菌,坎氏乳杆菌,食淀粉乳杆菌,干酪乳杆菌耐热亚种,肠膜明串球菌乳脂亚种。

Lactobaccillus isolated from duodenal contents of laying hens fed in cage were identified by Gram staining, observing strain morphous, and biochemistry fermentation. The results showed that totally 16 strains were gram staining positive, all strains were assayed by antibacterial activity to select better ones for identification by biochemistry fermentation with different sugar. In all, 7 Lactic acid bacteria were identified, which were Lactobacillus bulgaricus, salt tolerance of Lactobacillus, Lactobacillus amylophilus,acidophilus lactobacillus, Food starch Lactobacillus ,Lactobacillus casei heat -resistant subsp,Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp cremoris.
