p27kip1、p16、PCNA及AR受体在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系

摘要 目的:研究p27kip1、p16、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和雄激素(AR)受体在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测65例前列腺癌组织和25例前列腺上皮内瘤样增生(PIN)中p27kip1、p16、PCNA和AR的表达。结果:①前列腺癌组织中p27kip1、p16、PCNA和AR的表达阳性率分别为49.2%、55.4%、67.7%和83.1%。②PCNA和AR在前列腺癌中的表达与临床病理分期密切相关(P<0.05,P<0.05),与其他病理参数间无相关关系。③<5年生存期的病例,p16的表达率低于>5年生存期的病例(P<0.01)。④p27kip1、p16、PCNA及AR蛋白的阳性表达具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:p27kip1、p16、PCNA和AR检测有助于综合评估前列腺癌的预后。 Objective:To evaluate the relationship between p16, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and androgen Envision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression and prognostic significance of p27kip1, receptor (AR) in prostate cancer. Methods: The expression of p27kip1, p16, PCNA and AR in 65 cases of prostate cancer and 25 cases of prostate intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN). Results: The positive expression rates of p27kip1, p16, PCNA and AR protein were 49.2% ,55.4% ,67.7% and 83. 1% in prostate cancer, respectively. Expression of PCNA and AR in prostate cancer was closely related to the staging of clinical pathology ( P 〈 0.05). P16 expression in cases with more than 5 year survival was greater than that in cases with less than 5 year survival (P 〈0.01 ). The positive expression rates of p27kip1, p16 PCNA and AR have close correlation(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The result suggest that immunological lab cling of p27kip1, p16, PCNA and AR might be used to determine the prognosis of prostate cancer
