神经内科专科护理标识的实施和效果研究

目的:探讨神经内科专科护理标识的使用方法及效果。方法:在应用医院已有基本标识的情况下,根据专科特点设计各类独立标识并用于临床工作。结果:专科化护理标识使用后,患者跌倒坠床发生率、误吸发生率、走失率、血管活性药物滴注的准确性、仪器清点时间和导线的完好配套率、辅助检查时间的准确率、患者药物的漏服率等明显改善。与使用前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内科专科护理标识的实施能有效提高护理工作效率,改善护理工作质量,加强护患沟通,降低护理风险发生率,进一步保证护理安全。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of special nursing marks in Neurology. Methods：On the basis of basic marks in hospital, special nursing marks are designed according to the characteristic of Neurology and applied to clinical work. Re- suits： Incidence rate of falling out of bed, aspiration, patients losing and the drug dose missing reduced remarkably, while that of the accuracy of vasoactive drugs application, check the list of instruments and wire, accuracy rate of examination appointments improved remarkably. Significant difference was observed and statistically valid （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of special nursing marks in Neurology could improve the nursing efficiency, enhance work quality, harmonize nurse-patient relationship, reduce the nurs- ing risks.
