摘要 生态用地对高度城市化地区有着不可或缺的作用,然而这些用地却受到违法建设的侵害。研究运用自然灾害领域较为成熟的风险评估技术,结合生态系统服务价值相关研究方法,综合考虑致灾因子危险性和承载体脆弱性,在GIS环境中对违法建设造成的生态风险进行评估。以深圳市基本生态控制区为研究对象,针对区域内2006年~2010年违法建设对生态系统服务功能的危害进行评估。研究结果表明,运用灾害风险评估技术可以较好地评估违法建设造成的生态风险等级,为生态敏感区违法建设的监管提供有效的技术支撑探索路径。 The ecological land offers the indispensible function to the high urbanization area, but ecological land is now being occupied by illegal constructions. Using the study method of natural risk assessment and estimation of the Ecological Service Value (ESV),considering the hazard factor and vulnerability factor,illegal construction risk on ecological system was assessed in GIS software environment. In this study,the illegal construction risk on ecological service function from the year 2006 to 2010 was assessed in basic ecological control zone in Shenzhen City. The results showed that the illegal construction risk on ecological service function could be well estimated using the method of natural risk assessment,and this could lead a bright way for the su- pervision of illegal construction.
