摘要
通过压力温度测试仪(p-t仪)对复合射孔作业时射孔段附近井筒轴向动态压力分布进行测试,总结出了复合射孔爆燃压力在井筒中的衰减规律;在此基础上,研究开发了一套能够在射孔段附近有效衰减井筒轴向压力和径向震动的组合工具。20多口井的实际应用表明,所研究开发的工具能够有效保护封隔器和压力计等测试仪器不受损伤,井下测试仪器能够正常工作,解决了长期以来复合射孔与地层测试未能实现联作的问题。该项工艺技术的突破,不仅大幅度降低了作业成本,同时也降低了作业风险,对降低污染、提高测试资料录取质量起到了积极的作用。
By using the testing meter of pressure and temperature (p-t meter) to detect the axial dis- tribution of dynamic pressure near perforation in- tervals in a wellbore during the composite perfora- tion operation, the attenuation pattern of deflagra- tion pressure from the composite perforation in a wellbore was understood, on a basis of which a set of assembled tools capable of effectively reducing the axial pressure and radial vibration near the per- foration intervals in a wellbore was researched and developed. The actual application in more than 20 wells has shown that this set of assembled tools can effectively protect packers and testing meters such as manometer from damage, make the testing meters work well in a wellbore, and solve the problem that composite perforation and formation testing have not been combined since a long time ago. This technology breakthrough has reduced operation cost and risk, and has played a positive role in reducing formation contaminant and impro- ving the quality of testing data.
