摘要
针对南海大型深水天然气田开发具有高压力、大流量和高风险的特点,提出了一系列大型深水平台安全控制保障措施,包括高完整性压力保护系统、水下隔离阀控制系统、开放路径式气体探测系统设计等。这些安全控制保障系统的合理设计与成功应用,能够全方位地加强南海大型深水气田开发的安全可靠性,具有广泛的推广价值。
The article provides a set of new safe- guard system to ensure large deep water platform against accidents occurred frequently at large deep water gas field development accompanying with high pressure, heavy flow rate and high risk in the South China Sea, which include the high integrity pressure protection system ( HIPPS), the underwa- ter isolation valve(SSIV), the open path gas detect system and so on. The rational design and successful applications of the safeguard system can promote the safety and reliability of large deep water gas field de- velopment in the South China Sea in each aspect, so it is worth to popularize the system widely.
