摘要 氧化应激是许多急慢性疾病甚至正常衰老过程的一个显著性特点,它主要表现为机体活性氧成分与抗氧化防御的失衡。F2-异前列腺素目前被认为是评估体内氧化应激状态和脂质过氧化反应可靠的生物标记物之一;此外,F2-异前列腺素本身还拥有许多有效的生物学功能,作为一种重要的病理介质参与氧化损伤过程。文中就F2-异前列腺素的生物学功能和其一些最新的临床研究进展作一综述。 Oxidative stress, characterized by an imbalance between increased exposure to free radicals and antioxidant defenses, is a prominent feature of many acute and chronic diseases and even the normal aging process. F2-isoprostanes have been established as one of the most reliable biomarkers in evaluating the oxidative stress status in vivo. They also exert a variety of biological functions and participate as pathological mediators in oxidant injury. This article outlines the biological functions of F2-isoprostanes and the latest progress in related clinical researches.
