摘要 脑缺血引起严重的中枢神经系统的损害已被许多实验证实,然而脑缺血是如何对免疫产生的影响如何却知之甚少。文中通过搜集近年来脑缺血再灌注相关领域的研究文献,总结急性脑缺血对机体免疫系统的影响,旨在为治疗急性脑缺血相关疾病提供免疫学的理论依据。 Cerebral ischemia caused serious damage to the central nervous system has been confirmed by many experiments; however, little is known about the mechanism of cerebral ischemia in immune. We summarized the impact of acute cerebral ischemia on the immune system by gathering some of the research literatures about cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in recent years. This review may provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of acute cerebral ischemia and related diseases.
