2例后肾腺瘤的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 后肾腺瘤（metanephric adenoma，MA）是发生于肾脏的罕见肿瘤，其起源尚不清楚。2004年WHO将MA、后肾腺纤维瘤及后肾间质瘤归类为后肾肿瘤。该肿瘤常被误诊为肾细胞癌（renal cell carcino．ma，RCC）或Wilms’瘤（Wilms’tumor，WT）。现报道我院2004年1月至2010年6月收治的2例后肾腺瘤患者的临床诊治体会。
