摘要
目的 探讨螺旋藻 ( Spirulina,SP)在热环境下是否能改善血乳酸、血尿素和糖原含量及提高体能、抗疲劳的作用。方法 昆明种小鼠 ,雌雄各半。实验分五组 :1组为基础饲料添加0 .5%的 SP,2组为基础饲料添加 2 .5%的 SP,3组为基础饲料添加 0 .5%的 SP+ 0 .1 %的 L-天门冬氨酸 ( L- Asp) + 0 .3%的酪氨酸 ( L- Tyr) ,4组为基础饲料高温对照 ,5组为基础饲料常温对照。热应激实验方法为实验的第 1~ 4组为高温应激 ,第 5组为常温对照组。高温环境应激条件 :干球温度为 ( 39~ 40 )℃ ,湿球温度为 ( 32± 1 )℃ ,相对湿度为 60 %左右 ,热暴露 90 min。结果 1 .饲料中添加0 .5% SP+ 0 .1 % L- Asp+ 0 .3% L- Tyr( 3组 )和饲料中单纯添加 2 .5% SP( 2组 ) ,都能明显地降低血乳酸 ;2 .高温下随着受热时间的延长 ,血尿素含量明显增加 ,而 3组血尿素明显低于对照组。3.补充 0 .5% SP及 2 .5% SP都能显著提高小鼠在高温下肌、肝糖原的储备量。结论 螺旋藻可提高热环境下有氧代谢能力 ,降低血乳酸 ,增加肌、肝糖原的储备 ,从而具有提高体能。
Objective: The effect of spirulina (SP) on blood lactic acid, urea and glycogen in mice under high temperature was studied. Methods: Kunming mice were divided into five groups: Group 1, basic fodler with 0.5% SP; Group 2, basic fodder with 2.5% SP; Group 3, basic fodder with 0.5% SP+0 1% L Asp+0.3% L Tyr; Group 4, control under high temperature. Group 5, control under room temperature. Heat stress was induced by Tdb (39-40)℃, Twb (32±1)℃ heat exposure for 90min. Results: 1.Supplying 0.5% SP+0.1% L Asp+0.3% L Tyr or only 2.5% SP could lower blood lactic acid concentration significantly. 2.Blood urea concentration in the group fed 0.5% SP+L Asp+L Tyr was lower than control. 3.Contents of liver and muscle glycogen under high temperature could be increased with 0 5% SP or 2.5% SP supplementation. Conclusion: The results indicate that SP can improve aerobic metabolism and raise the contents of liver and muscle glycogen in hot environment. Thus SP can improve physical capacity and reduce fatigue. [WT5”FZ]
