摘要
目的 以奥美拉唑 ( OM)致低胃酸的人体和动物模型进行有关矿物质和微量元素(钙、磷、镁与锌 )吸收 ,以及血浆β-胡萝卜素水平的研究。方法 分别以 1 .全胃肠道灌洗法 ;2 .血清β-胡萝卜素升高反应 ;3.小肠细菌培养 ;4.65Zn标记试餐法进行四项实验。结果 1 .健康成人口服OM( 4 0 mg,q d× 9d)并不影响食物中上述矿物质的吸收 ;2 .口服 OM( 4 0 mg,bid× 9d) ,人体血清中总 β-胡萝卜素水平升高反应低于对照组 ;3.这一剂量所致低胃酸时 ,小肠细菌呈过度生长 ,但细菌并未与 β-胡萝卜素结合而干扰其肠道吸收 ;4.OM诱发低胃酸并不影响大鼠肠道锌吸收。结论 膳食中的
Objective:[WT5BZ] It was to investigate the importance of low gastric acidity on intestinal absorption of various nutrients from foods. [WT5FZ]Methods:[WT5BZ] The gastro intestinal tract enema method,serum β carotene uptake reaction, bacteria culture in small intestine and test meal with 65 Zn were adopted. [WT5FZ]Results:[WT5BZ] Gastric acidity at basal and postprandial condition was significantly reduced as a result of regular oral dose administrations of omeprazole(OM)either in humans or in animals.Intestinal fractional absorption of mineral including calcium,phosphorus, magnesium,and zinc was not inhibited by OM treatment.Meanwhile,intestinal absorption of above nutrients was not influenced by intragastric infusion of diluted exogenous acid(HCl).However, increment of plasma β carotene levels following an oral dose(120mg)of all trans β carotene was inhibited, and no binding of β carotene with the overgrowing anaerobic bacteria in the intestinal lumen was evident.[WT5FZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ] Low gastric acidity induced by OM treatment does not inhibit intestinal absorption of minerals from foods.
