儿童急性鼻窦炎并发眶蜂窝织炎1例 被引量：3

摘要 1 病例资料 患儿，女，2岁4个月。因鼻塞、流涕半月，右眼红肿伴发热5d，在当地眼科医院肌注、静点抗生素治疗5d症状缓解不明显，于2012年5月22日夜间急症入院。入院查体：T37．2℃，精神反应一般，呼吸平稳，右眼睑红肿，右眼球向前外突出，眼球运动大致正常，右眼角膜透明，球结膜略充血水肿，瞳孔圆，对光反射存在，左眼未见明显异常。
