摘要
研究了分级热处理工艺对Zn-40Al-4Cu合金组织和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,分级热处理工艺能改善合金微观组织及成分均匀性,使α枝晶转变为块状,α+η共析体由片层状转变为颗粒状,ε相尺寸减小,形状变得圆整,大大增加了Zn-40Al-4Cu合金的硬度,减小摩擦因数,降低磨损量。
Influences of the step solution heat treatment on microstructure and wear resistance of Zn- 40A1-4Cu alloy were investigated. The results show that step solution treatment can improve the microstructure and homogeneous composition of Zn-40A1-4Cu alloy, where a dendrite is converted into block one, and α+η cutectoid structure is transformed from lamellar to well mixed particles. The size of ε phase is reduced with more round shape. In addition, step heat treatment can increase greatly the hardness of Zn-40A1-4Cu alloy and reduce the coefficient of friction and wear loss.
