海南岛海域枝手目海参新种描述及初步系统进化 被引量:2

Description of a new cucumariid species from Hainan Island and preliminary study of phylogenetic relation

摘要 海南岛三亚鹿回头半岛珊瑚礁海域3~6m深礁盘上发现了一个枝手目瓜参科翼手参亚科Ocnus属的海参新种(Ocnus sanya).这个新种的管足仅分布于腹面的步带中,并且每个步带含1~2行的管足.体壁由骨片构成,其中有简单穿孔板、皿状体、4孔有瘤扣状体和多层盘状体,但是其中含有一种椭圆形扣状体为本种区别特征.为了进一步研究该海参,本研究使用分子生物学方法初步探讨了该海参的分类地位,但由于基因数据有限,初步研究显示此海参属于枝手目瓜参科翼手参亚科. A new species in the dendrochirotid holothurian genus Ocnus is described from 3-6 m depth in the coral reef of Luhuitou peninsula. Sanya city, Hainan province, China. Ocnus sanya new species has 1-2 rows of tubefeet only in the 3 ventral radii. Body-wall ossicles consist of perforate plates, cups , knobbed 4 holed buttons and multi-layered plates. But the body-wall has a special buttons of spheroidicity, which is the identification characteristics differ from others. In order to further study the sea cucumber, we study on taxonomic status of the Ocuns sanya by molecular biology method. But due to the limited genetic data and in adequate research, the result of molecular biology method only show that the Ocuns sanya belongs to the Subfamily Colochirinae of the Family Cucumariidae of the order Dendrocbirotid.
