摘要 引入自制的复合改性剂通过碳化法制备改性纳米碳酸钙,考察了改性剂种类、配比、用量等参数对纳米碳酸钙改性效果的影响,利用活化度、吸油值、热重分析、红外光谱、透射电镜等测试技术对产物进行表征。优化后的改性条件为:复合改性剂是月桂酸与二辛/癸酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚的混合物(质量比为1∶1),用量为1.5%(占碳酸钙干基的质量分数)。制备出的活性纳米碳酸钙活化度为100%,吸油值为31.5,平均粒径为70nm,疏水性极强。 Nano-calcium carbonate was modified with composite modifier by carbonization method. Activation index, oil absorption value and average particle size of nano-CaCOa prepared were measured, and its physical properties were confirmed by means of TGA, IR and TEM etc. The optimum modification conditions were attained: 1.5% (mass fraction) composite modifier, consisting of lauric acid and glyceryl di-caprylate polyoxyethylene ether with ratio of 1.1. Results showed that the activation index of modified nano-CaCO3 prepared through this technique was 100 %, the oil absorption value was 31.5, and the average particle size was 70nm. The hydrophobicity of modified nano-CaCO3 was strong.
