摘要
以低惯量耐高冲击空心杯永磁式直流电动机电枢为工程研究对象,简要介绍了电枢的结构设计,对空心杯电枢的结构强度和耐冲击能力进行了详细的数值计算和有限元分析,最后,进一步优化电枢的结构设计和关键工艺。
The permanent-magnet cup-armature DC motor's rotor with a small inertia moment and high anti-shock a- bility was taken as the research object. The rotor's structure was introduced briefly. The structural strength and anti-shock a- bility of cup-armature rotor were calculated and analyzed with FEA( Finite Element Analysis) in detail. The rotor's struc- ture and key process were optimized further.
