摘要 采用多光束干涉测量技术,在自制光弹流实验机上进行了椭圆接触弹流润滑油膜形状的实验测量,观察了椭圆接触区短轴与卷吸方向之间的夹角θ、速度、施加载荷等对油膜形状的影响。结果表明:夹角θ较小时,油膜厚度整体上更大,接触区较窄,入口区油膜更陡峭;低速时,夹角及载荷基本不影响膜厚;高速、轻载时,夹角θ对膜厚影响更显著;载荷及夹角越大,动压油膜越难建立。 Using a multi--beam interferometry, the experimental measurements of EHL film shape of elliptical contacts were carried out in an optical EHL test rig. The effects of the included angle between the entrainment direction and the minor axis of the elliptical contact zone,the entrainment ve- locity and the applied load on the film shapes were observed. The obtained results were listed as fol- lows. Smaller included angle gives rise to the thicker film and the narrower contact zone as well as the sharper film shape at the inlet. Under lower entrainment velocity, the effect of the included angle or the applied load on the film thickness is tiny. The included angle influences remarkably on the overall film thickness under high speed and light load conditions. It is hard to establish hydrodynamic lubrica ring film under heavy load and larger included angle conditions.
