摘要本文基于知识产权保护的视角实证分析了开放经济条件下国内企业R&D投入、外商直接投资和国际贸易对我国技术创新的影响.结果显示:我国企业R&D投入、国际贸易均对我国不同层次技术创新产生显著的正效应,而外商直接投资对我国创新产出的直接作用不明显;知识产权保护强度不仅直接增强了我国的技术研发能力,还作为重要的制度变量作用于企业R&D投入、外商直接投资和国际贸易,使其对我国技术创新产生正向促进效果. It examines the impact of enterprise R＆D input, FDI and international trade on China＇s technology innovation under the opening circumstance from the perspective of intellectual property right protection. The result shows that both enterprise R＆D input and international trade have positive effects on technology innovation in different levels, while the effect of FDI is not significant. In addition, it also shows that the strength of intellectual property right protection not only has direct impact on promoting technical R＆D capacity, but also performs the role as an important institutional variable to affect enterprise R＆D input, FDI and international trade, making them have positive effects on tech- nology innovation.
