摘要
与一般的创业者相比,科技型大学生创业者往往更加缺乏创业所需要的社会网络.本文以大学创业指导中心所扶植的科技型大学生创业者为研究对象,探讨社会网络结构对科技型大学生创业者创业绩效的影响.研究发现:社会网络规模越大,科技型大学生创业者创新性创业绩效越好;社会网络异质性越高,科技型大学生创业者创新性创业绩效越好,而成长性创业绩效越差;社会网络密度与联系强度越高,科技型大学生创业者主观性创业绩效越好.
Compared with general entrepreneurs, S&T university student entrepreneurs have less social network needed for entrepreneurship. Here it aims at S&T university student entrepreneurs supported by Innovation Center of College Students and explores how social network structure influences entrepreneurial performance. It indicates that: ( 1 ) The larger the social network scale is, the better the creative entrepreneurial performance of S&T university student entre- preneurs will be; The higher the social network heterogeneity is, the better the creative entrepreneurial performance of S&T university student entrepreneurs will be, and the worse the growth entrepreneurial performance will be; The higher the social network intensity and tie-strength are, the subjective entrepreneurial performance of S&T university student entrepreneurs will be.
