摘要
文章探讨我国医学实验室在LIS开发、运行和管理过程中存在影响患者诊疗、导致医患纠纷、危及系统及数据的安全性、公证性的问题。依据医学实验室质量和能力认可准则(ISO 15189:2007),提出改善和解决这些问题的方法和建议,对提高医学实验室管理水平,保证检验分析前、分析中和分析后等过程中的质量,特别是保证患者数据/信息的高度完整性,满足实验室认证的要求,具有十分重大的意义。
The problems of lab information system （LIS） in medical sciences labs were discussed,which can influence medical diagnosis and treatment, cause medical disputes, and endanger the safety and fairness of system data. Based on criteria for laboratory quality and competency accreditation （ISO 15189：2007）, some suggestions were put forward to solve these problems, which is significant to improve management on medical sciences labs, ensure its quality, and meet the requirement of laboratory certification.
