摘要
为探讨商业保险参与ADR赔偿制度建立的可行性,以某市商业保险公司为对象,随机抽取四类职员进行问卷调查,了解其对ADR的知情度和途径,探讨在当下商业保险公司参与ADR赔偿制度建立的可行性和存在障碍,为建立全方位的ADR赔偿制度提供参考。
In order to explore the feasibility of commercial insurance companies＇ participating in ADR compensation system,four categories of staffs were randomly selected from an insurance company and surveyed with questionnaire. Their knowledge of ADR and approach to obtain it were studied. And the feasibility and obstacles of commercial insurance companies＇ participating in ADR compensation system were discussed. Based on which, references for developing comprehensive ADR compensation system were obtained.
