摘要
目的:评价不同专业军医大学生在素质发展中的努力程度,并对评估的动态结果分档。方法:应用数据包络分析方法的C2R模型,将实际产出(综合素质发展)和理想值的比值作为进步效度,来反映综合素质的进步情况。结果:2011年9月,各专业学员的进步效度均大于0.74,无论在综合素质,还是6个分项素质的比较都有统计学差异(F=118.193,156.283,116.078,124.600,77.975,87.815,109.417,P<0.001),麻醉和药学学员各项素质的进步效度最高。2012年3月,各专业学员的进步效度均大于0.86,综合素质和各分项素质比较都有统计学差异(F=133.673,115.111,244.170,76.662,398.645,62.971,136.286,P<0.001),军医和护理学员的进步效度最高。2011年9月生物技术专业学员的心理素质的进步效度是是0.779,2012年3月为0.956,提高幅度较大。结论:大学生综合素质的发展是个动态过程,在观察的一年中,麻醉和药学学员(负向效应)在前半年主观努力程度更高,各项素质提高的更快;而后半年军医和护理学员(正向效应)的主观努力程度更高。生物技术专业的心理素质进步效度的变化属于弱强效应。
Objective To evaluate the effort of military medical undergraduates in quality development and classify the re- suits. Methods Based on model C2R of DEA,the ratio of actual output to ideal was valued as "progress effectiveness" to reflect the development of comprehensive quality. Results In Sept. 2011, the progress effectiveness of military medical undergraduates in all majors was about 0.82. There had significant differences of progress effectiveness in items of comprehensive quality and other six sub-items, in which the progress effectiveness of undergraduates majored in anesthesia and pharmacy was the highest. In Mar. 2012 ,the progress effectiveness of undergraduates in all majors was over 0.86. And significant differences were also observed,in which the progress effectiveness of undergraduates majored in clinical medicine and nursing was the highest. For undergraduates majored in biotechnology,the progress effectiveness of psychological quality had changed from 0. 779 in 2011 to 0.956 in 2012. Conclusion The development of comprehensive quality of undergraduates was in a dynamic procedure,which was based on their subjective effort. The progress effectiveness of psychological quality of undergraduates majored in biotechnology showed weakstrong effect.
