从欧债危机应对看全球经济治理的新趋势

New Trends of Global Economic Governance in light of the Euro Debt Crisis

欧债危机本质上是一次治理危机,是国家、区域和全球三个层面存在经济治理赤字而导致的危机。欧债危机的应对反映出全球经济治理的一些新趋势,主要体现在三个方面:首先,全球经济治理的客体日益泛化,与其他领域的治理,如社会治理、安全治理等的互动关联性上升;其次,地区性主体在全球经济治理中的地位和作用在上升;第三,全球经济治理的基础理念也发生了变化。本文认为,欧债危机的应对经验为完善全球经济治理提供了新的思路。

The nature of the Euro debt crisis is governance crisis,originated from the economic governance deficit at the national,regional and global levels.The bailout measures taken in response to the Euro debt crisis tell us some new trends of the global economic governance,showing that changes have taken place as to the objects,subjects and ideas of global economic governance.At the same time,the countermeasures taken to deal with the Euro debt crisis have also provided us with an alternative way of thinking about global economic governance.
