The resources of farming land, fresh water, sunlight, energy et al. in Israel, to some extent, are similar to the west part of China. For a long time, Israel has gotten a great achivement and accumulated a wealth of experience in research and production of water saving and protected agriculture by means of its natural advantages and hard work. The successful experience of Israel could be used for reference to the west development of China.
