摘要
针对发光二极管(LED)照明灯具在市电照明应用中面临着高降压和多路驱动等问题,本文基于Buck三端口网络,提出了一种具有多路驱动能力的高降压恒流LED驱动电源。本文首先分析了两路高降压恒流LED驱动电源的工作原理及性能特点,然后通过拓扑推演,得到了n路高降压恒流LED驱动电源。通过理论分析可知,该变换器具有以下特点:①n路负载平衡时,各路输出电压与输入电压之比(降压比)为D/n,是Buck变换器的1/n;②n路输出电流自动相等,只需对一路进行恒流控制就可实现n路恒流输出;③开关器件电压应力低,可以选择额定电压低的器件,有利于提高变化效率。在理论分析的基础上,搭建了3路输出、总输出功率为30W的实验样机,实验结果表明了理论分析的正确性。
This paper presents a new light-emitting-diode (LED) driver with capacity of high step-down and multiple-output. The operation principle and theoretical analysis of the converter are analyzed in section2 and section3. The theoretical analysis shows that the converter has following characteristics. First, If load balancing, the voltage gain is 1/n of the basic Buck converter, which n is the phase of output. Second, each phase has equal output current automatically, without more control than basic Buck converter. Third, the voltage stress is lower than basic Buck converter. Finally, the validity of the proposed converter is verified through experimental results.
