通过学分积累、转换和认证,促进不同类型学习成果的互认和衔接,是学分银行的特征和优势,这对于学习型城市建设和终身教育体系构建有着重要的理论和实践意义。文章探讨了城市学分银行的组织体系构建,并进一步分析了其实施与保障策略。
By means of credit accumulation, transfer and authentication, credit bank system greatly promoted the mutual - recognition and integration of learning results of different types, which laid solid theoretical and practical foundation for lifelong learning cities and the construction of lifelong educational system. This study investigated the construction of credit bank system in cities and further analyzed its implementation and guarantee strategies.
