摘要
高职院校青年教师队伍的壮大为高校的发展注入了生机与活力。但他们在职业角色转换中的各种困惑,不但影响着他们的身心健康,而且消解着他们前进的动力。只有通过透视他们角色困惑背后的深层原因,才可能找到释惑的出路。
Young teacher troop＇ s strength has poured into the vitality and the vigor for university＇ s development. But their pro- fessional role confusion in the transform is not only affecting their physical and moral integrity, but also dispelling the power to go for- ward. Only by analyzing the deep reasons behind their role confusion, then we could possibly find the way to solve their puzzles.
