摘要
社区教育的自我评价是社区教育评价活动的基础。目前自我评价过程还存在着自我评价内容单一、方法滞后、模式僵化,自我评价人员素质不高,评价结果失实等问题。我们应该丰富社区自我评价内容;采用科学的社区教育自我评价方法;构建发展性社区教育自我评价模式;加强社区教育自我评价队伍建设;对被评价者进行心理调控。
The Community education self- evaluation is the basis of the evaluation activities. At present, there are a few problems in the process of self - evaluation, such as the single content, backward methods, rigid pattern, untruthfulness result as well as low quali- ty of the staff. According to practical analysis, this paper offers some detail countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of community education. We should enrich the self- evaluation contents, adopt scientific methods, and establish a developing self- evalua- tion pattern. In addition, enhancing the quality of staff and controlling the mentality of subjects should also be focused on.
