摘要
目的探讨家庭支持、心理弹性、主观幸福感之间的关系。方法随机选取北京市37家不同类型企业150名员工,对其进行家庭支持、心理弹性和主观幸福感问卷调查。结果相关与回归分析发现主观幸福感与家庭支持(r=0.20,P=0.04)、心理弹性(r=0.22,P=0.00)呈正相关。心理弹性对于家庭支持与主观幸福感之间的关系具有中介作用(P=0.03)。结论家庭支持是主观幸福感的正向预测变量;家庭支持对于企业员工主观幸福感的影响通过心理弹性起作用。增加家庭支持可提高员工的主观幸福感。
Objective To investigate the relationship between family support,resilience and subjective well-being.Methods A total of 150 employees from 37 different types of enterprises in Beijing were randomly selected and tested with questionnaires about family support,resilience,and subjective well-being.Results Correlation and regression analysis found that subjective well-being and family support were positively related to resilience.Resilience mediated the relationship between family support and subjective well-being.Conclusion The family support is a positive predictor of subjective happiness;Family support of employees can improve subjective well-being by increasing their resilience.Increasing family support can improve the subjective well-being of the employees.
