摘要
目的了解高校青年教师的生存质量、主观幸福感状况,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用生存质量问卷和主观幸福感量表,对191名高校青年教师进行测评。结果①多数(65.4%)高校青年教师认为自己的生存质量总体水平较好,其生存质量受到性别(t=1.88,P<0.01)、年龄(t=2.44,P<0.01)、婚姻状况(t=2.33,P<0.01)、职务职称(t=1.38,P<0.05)等因素的影响;②高校青年教师的主观幸福感水平较高(中等水平以上者占85.6%)。主观幸福感总分、正性情感、正性体验与生存质量总分及其各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.31~0.46,P<0.01或P<0.05);负性情感、负性体验与生存质量总分及各因子呈显著负相关(r=-0.28~0.39,P<0.01)。结论高校青年教师的生存质量和主观幸福感状况总体良好,生存质量对主观幸福感有明显的影响。
Objective To explore the state of quality of life and subjective well-being and their relations of young teachers in universities.Methods The quality of life questionnaire and subjective well-being scale were administrated to 191 young teachers.Results More than 77.1% young teachers thought they had favorable quality of life;their quality of life had been affected by gender(t=1.88,P0.01),age(t=2.44,P0.01),marital status(t=2.33,P0.01) and post title(t=1.38,P0.05).More than 85.6% young teachers thought they had well subjective well-being.There had significantly positive correlations between the scores of subjective well-being,positive affection,positive experience and the scores of quality of life and its' factors(r=0.31~0.46,P0.01 or 0.05);There had significantly negative correlations between scores of negative affection,negative experience and the scores of quality of life and its'factors(r=-0.28~0.39,P0.01).Conclusion Young teachers in universities have favorable quality of life and subjective well-being,and the quality of life has a significant effect on subjective well-being.
