基于AVR单片机的汽油发电机电子调速系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对现阶段国内市场上小型汽油发电机机械调选器调速性能差的问题,设计了一种基于AVR单片机的汽油发电机电子调速系统。给出了系统的硬件电路设计、软件流程图和主控制算法流程图,井进行配机实验以及加卸载调速相比较。试验结果表明,研制的调速器可以取得较好的调速效果,各项调速指标均较机械调速器都有较大的提高,全部达到了JB/T10304-2001 G2等级标准,其中部分指标还达到了G3等级标准。 For the question of the poor performance of mechanical speed governor for small gasoline generator in domestic market, a kind of e- lectronic speed governing system was designed based on AVR SCM. The hardware circuit, software flow chart and the main control algorithm chart are given. The speed governing experiment in the condition of loading and unloading are compared. The test result indicated that the de- signed governor can achieve good speed governing effect,and each speed governing index had great improvement compared with mechanical governor. All indexes has reached JB/T10304 -2001 G2 level standard, moreover, some of them even reached the G3 level standard.
