Risk Communication Mechanism of Education Decision-Making

在教育决策过程中,风险沟通是保证决策科学性和适当性的关键。从解析风险沟通的现实状况和价值着手,在借鉴国外风险沟通优秀经验的基础上,分析我国在教育决策中存在的风险沟通欠缺和不足,进而提出了完善我国教育决策风险沟通机制的对策:加强教育决策风险沟通意识;实现教育决策风险沟通的制度化;注重教育决策风险沟通的回应性;实行教育决策风险沟通问责制。

In education decision-making, risk communication is the key to ensure the education decision-making scientific and appropriate. Based on the reality and value of the risk communication and foreign excellent experience, risk communication in education decision-making is not sufficient in China. Therefore, this paper proposes several suggestions to improve and perfect risk communication mechanism in China＇s education decision-making, such as the government departments should enhance the awareness of risk communication; the public should participate in education institutional decision-making; the related departments should strengthen the response of education decision and carry out accountability system for faulty education decision making.
