摘要
作为重要的新兴经济体,近年来土耳其在学前教育发展方面形成了较鲜明的特色:重视学前教育立法,扩大学前教育的补偿性功能,构建以家庭社区为基础的非正式学前教育模式,创设灵活的师资培养途径等。从这些特色出发,土耳其学前教育未来将以提高入园率、降低师幼比为发展目标。土耳其的发展经验告诉我们,必须加快学前教育立法建设,充分发挥学前教育的补偿功能,体现教育公平,并探索多种形式的早期教育模式,尽快普及学前教育。
As one of the newly emerging economies,Turkey has formed distinctive characteristics of the development of preschool education,which includes attaching importance to legislation on preschool education,expanding the compensation function of preschool education ,building the informal preschool education mode on the basis of family and community,and setting up the flexible training ways of preschool teacher. In the future,Turkish preschool education shall aim at improving enrollment,lowering the ratio between preschool teacher and children. On the basis of the experience of Turkish preschool education,we can get some inspiration. First,only legislation can ensure the development of preschool education. Second,it must give full play to the compensation function of preschool education to fulfill equal access to education. Third ,it's needed to explore diversified early education modes to accomplish the objective of popularizing preschool education.
