摘要
为改变以往教师职称制度过于僵化的局面,韩国政府自2008年起实施了"首席教师"试点项目,并于2011年7月将其法制化,为教师职业发展注入了新的活力。韩国首席教师制度具有准入标准明确、遴选严格,角色定位清晰、权责分明,注重培训和考评等三大特点,对于提升教师专业化水平有着积极意义。
In order to change the ossified situation of teachers professional tide system, South Korea implemented the pilot project of "Master Teacher" in 2008, and legislated it in July,2011 ,which infused new energy into the professional development of teachers. "Master Teacher" system has three characteristics as follows: strict selection of 'Master Teacher" with explicit standards, clear role orientation with separated rights and duties, and focus on training,examination and assessment. This system is very meaningful to improving teachers professional level.
