摘要
为了满足撒哈拉以南非洲对学前教育能力建设的需求,世界银行发起并资助了撒哈拉以南非洲儿童早期发展虚拟大学项目。该项目主要是由撒哈拉以南非洲试点国家选取学员送至儿童早期发展虚拟大学,进行全方位多途径的远程学习。该项目对毕业生、参与国、非洲地区和国际社会都有一定影响。它在能力建设的理念、国际资源的利用、国际项目的本土化、远程教育方式的运用等方面较具代表性。
In order to meet the needs of capacity building of ECD in Sub-Saharan Africa,World Bank sponsored ECDVU-SSA Program.The Program choses learners by Sub-Sahara African countries for distance learning of diverse approaches in ECDVU.It has had some impacts on the graduates,participant countries,African regions and the international society. Its experiences or lessons involving in capacity building concept, international resources using,indigenization of international program,and use of distance education patterns have important implications for our capacity building in ECD.
