AHSG蛋白与妊娠期糖尿病相关性研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨胎球蛋白A(AHSG)在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)发病中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定60例GDM妇女、40例正常怀孕妇女和30例非妊娠育龄妇女的血清AHSG水平;同时测定3组研究对象的空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平。结果:GDM组AHSG水平显著高于正常妊娠组及非怀孕育龄妇女组(P<0.01);孕妇血清AHSG水平分别与HOMA-A、FINS水平呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-L)水平呈负相关;直线回归方程Y=-3 208.185+106.015×FINS-104.525×HDL-L+3 268.273×HOMA-A。结论:AHSG可能参与了GDM胰岛素抵抗的形成,并与GDM妇女糖、脂代谢紊乱的形成密切相关。
